As part of my doing-everything-random-in-year-2020 quest, here's my mini Christmas collection of cute animal-enamel (heh) pins launched for sale!

ree

An imported collection of fun pins for a great stocking stuffer option!

I've also prepared a private stash of gold and silver enamel pins depicting the moon, stars, mountains and winding road. This stash is not available for sale and will be mailed out specially to my friends and working partners! It's a little way to thank everyone for their trust and support through my new adventures.

I enjoy sending/receiving items in the mailbox as it brings a different level of meaning over digital messages. When I was younger, I even made my own Christmas cards to mail out to friends. Now, I tried to remake the "card making experience" and include little trinkets as keepsake. Hope they like it the same way I feel too!

"Stay in your Magic"

Life can be unpredictable with many things beyond your control. Always be genuine, believe in yourself and your capabilities, and stay in your magic.

It's been a great reminder to myself especially when year 2020 has been throwing curveballs at you, right in the face. Year 2020 is a year of change; one that keeps egging you on to live every moment to the fullest. Hope this quote can similarly inspire the person receiving it - To always shine bright and slay the day.

Did the photoshoot, styling of product and design of card.

Glad to complete another little experiment in this humble lab!

UPDATE #1: A mini blooper!

It's really been a long while since I last did physical mails... And I like the feeling of sending my thoughts (physically) to the recipient. Old school, eh?

ree

So a group of friends received the mail and texted me. Other than saying thanks, they also told me this,

By the way, the postage was not enough according to Mr Postman. Luckily I still received it. Haha!

ree

LOL. I don't know if I should laugh or cry at this "surprise" from SingPost. Thank you for sending them out of goodwill! Now, I sure know I need to calculate the postage correctly!

In case you are a postage noob like me, here you go! Taken from: https://www.singpost.com/postage-rate

ree

UPDATE #2: I got the postage wrong, again!

Was at the Post Office earlier today and was casually asking if $0.60 is the right amount of postage fees.

ree

And I got it wrong, again!

PSA if you really want to know, it's $1.50! (Although I cannot find any information on the website, but yes... It's $1.50 *shrugs*)

ree

I have to slap more stamps to make up the amount now :(

ree

And some of my friends will still be receiving mails with the "insufficient postage" note. Oh mannnn. You know I've tried, LOL.

UPDATE #3: Ok, mystery solved!

So regardless of weight, anything sent that is not paper is considered a parcel.

ree

Really confusing but finally!

I guess this probably make this year's Christmas a tad more memorable (and hilarious). Merry Christmas everyone!
